Director, Client Solutions (ANZ)
Pregasin Pillay
Pregasin is a seasoned Sales Leader based in Auckland, with a strong background as a trusted advisor in Technology, Transformation, and Digital Transformation solutions. He brings over 20 years of professional services experience, having extensively spent close to 9 years at Beyond Recruitment, where he progressed from Senior Client Manager to Regional Manager, specializing in the IT, Transformation, and Digital sector before expanding his skills in the consultancy services world with Planit as a Business Development Director. His expertise encompasses client consulting and associate management, negotiation, leadership, and mentorship. Pregasin has a proven track record in full 360-degree people placements, project management, business development, and team leadership, demonstrated by his experience at ONLY the BEST and Teleresources, where he managed large teams and complex projects. His earlier career includes roles in advisory and sales, showcasing his diverse skill set in customer relationship management, needs analysis, and risk management.

Head of Advisory & Solutions
Keith Rohita
Keith is an experienced technology and digital advisory leader based in Auckland, with a strong foundation in Software Quality Engineering, Digital Transformation, and Solutions Consulting. With over 16 years of professional services experience across New Zealand, USA, Australia, and South Africa, Keith has led strategic engagements for major organisations across the finance, insurance, healthcare, telecommunications, and public sectors.
Before joining MomentumIQ as Head of Advisory & Solutions, Keith served as a Principal Consultant, where he specialised in quality strategy, risk management, digital platform advisory, and solution delivery leadership. His expertise spans developing and implementing enterprise QA strategies, programme test management, digital transformation roadmaps, and solution governance frameworks for complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Keith is passionate about empowering organisations to unlock business value through pragmatic, scalable, and quality-centric digital initiatives. His approach is rooted in strong stakeholder collaboration, risk-focused advisory, and bridging the communication gap between technical teams and business leaders.

Chairman of the Board
Peter Kane
Peter Kane is a seasoned business leader from New Zealand with extensive experience in consulting and technology sectors. He began his career at KPMG, where after serving 5 years as an audit partner he was Partner-in-Charge of the consulting business. Following his tenure at KPMG, Peter served as CEO for the New Zealand and Australian operations of BearingPoint and as Senior Vice President at the same company.
In 2008, Peter invested in and joined the board of Unimarket, a SaaS eProcurement software company. He assumed the role of CEO in 2011, leading the company for over a decade. Under his leadership, Unimarket expanded its operations in New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. In 2021, Unimarket received a majority growth investment from Accel-KKR, with Peter continuing as CEO to support the company's next growth stage. In 2023, he stepped down as CEO but remains a director and significant shareholder. In 2024 Peter invested in and joined the Board of DataTorque, a provider of tax management software to governments internationally.
Beyond his corporate roles, Peter has been actively involved in charity sector serving as a director of Save the Children New Zealand, for 6 years contributing to the organization's mission to improve children's lives. Additionally, Peter is a director at Momentum Consulting, a recruitment and consulting firm, where he has been an owner and director since 2003.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Victoria University. His career reflects a commitment to leadership, innovation, and strategic growth across various sectors.

Chief Executive Officer
Nick Roberts
As CEO of Momentum, Nick has two decades of leadership. During his career he has spearheaded the roll out of new technologies, rebrands, and lead market-leading growth. He is a firm believer in empowering the team to leverage technology and most recently has been augmenting his own skill sets with AI. He is a strategic leader with a vision with a passion for innovation.
As a CA-qualified accountant prior to Momentum, he has over a decade of international experience spanning industries such as banking, electronics, and investment funds. After joining Momentum as CFO in 2012, he transitioned to CEO, using his people-focused, forward-thinking leadership to shape the company’s success.
Nick has worked on the Board of Fertility New Zealand and invested in a range of New Zealand startups offering advice where needed. He fosters a positive, supportive work culture, empowering the team to exceed expectations and embrace new possibilities. He is inspired by leaders who prioritize others, who encourage ambition and take calculated risks.
Nick was part of the global team at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) that rolled out SAP. Nick was a critical member of the team managing and building BI tools and a new way of reporting. When Nick resigned to relocate with his wife to New Zealand, NYSE used Nick as a consultant to continue to oversee the project to its completion.

Regional Manager: BOP & Waikato
Mignon Olivier Green
Based in Tauranga, Mignon brings over 15 years of international experience across recruitment, consulting, and executive leadership roles in technology. She leads MomentumIQ’s regional growth, helping organisations across Aotearoa solve complex transformation challenges — from legacy technology and leadership gaps to data sprawl, cyber risk, and delivery constraints.
Mignon combines sharp commercial thinking with deep local networks and a passion for technology, continuous learning, and the evolving world of work. She believes in the power of flexible, outcome-driven teams and has a strong track record of scaling digital services, delivering project success, and mobilising trusted experts to deliver real impact.
Globally informed but deeply embedded in the regions she serves, Mignon is energised by building capability, driving change, and helping businesses thrive through uncertainty.

Managing Consultant
Caolan Keegan
Based in Wellington, Caolan leads Momentum’s Technology & Transformation practice, specialising in connecting exceptional talent with New Zealand’s most ambitious organisations. With over 13 years of recruitment experience, he has built trusted partnerships across the public and private sectors, focusing on cyber security, digital transformation, AI and emerging technologies, and enterprise IT delivery.
Caolan has played a pivotal role in building AI and data capability for clients across New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. He partners with organisations to identify high-calibre professionals driving innovation in automation, analytics, and intelligent systems — helping clients shape the workforce of the future.
Since entering the New Zealand market in 2012, Caolan has delivered both individual appointments and large-scale recruitment projects, including full transformation teams for government agencies. His experience leading clearance-dependent and mission-critical programmes has made him a trusted advisor for organisations delivering complex, high-impact change.
Caolan is also active in the wider business community. He founded the Wellington chapter of the Irish Business Network NZ and serves as a trustee of The Tara Trust, supporting Irish art, culture, and wellbeing. He also advises Enterprise Ireland, assisting Irish companies entering the New Zealand market.
Originally from Ireland, Caolan began his career in banking before moving into recruitment. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Digital Technology, Design and Innovation from Dublin Technological University and is PRINCE2-qualified — blending commercial and technical insight with people-centred consulting.
